The liner can reduce the direct friction between the pin shaft and the hole, avoiding excessive clearance caused by metal wear (if the clearance is too large, the bucket will shake, affecting the accuracy of soil pushing);
Advantages: The self-lubricating properties of composite or copper liners can reduce maintenance frequency, and they can work stably even in dusty and muddy environments, making them suitable for harsh scenarios such as mines and construction sites.
2. Transmission system (gearbox, drive shaft)
Adaptation type: Steel liner (high-strength) with regular oil injection, suitable for transmitting high torque parts (such as rear axle drive shaft).
3. Walking system (tracks, platform frame)
Adaptation type: Rubber composite lining can absorb vibration, while metal lining bears the main load. The combination of the two can balance stability and vibration reduction requirements.

Requirement: The inner hole surface should be smooth (with low roughness), usually made of wear-resistant cast iron or composite plastic, and used in conjunction with a sealing ring
